LAKE COUNTY — A Board of Supervisors (BOS) discussion on a vote of no confidence for Sheriff Frank Rivero tentatively set for next week was postponed indefinitely Monday.
BOS Chair Rob Brown said the item was pulled so that it would not conflict with a discussion about a lawsuit filed by the sheriff against the county.
“I want to avoid the perception that any action the sheriff has taken against the county is directly related to the action I am requesting,” Brown said.
