KELSEYVILLE — A junior tennis tournament takes place Monday at the Gard Street courts in Kelseyville.
This is a United States Tennis Association event for players ages 8-18. Events include singles and doubles. USTA membership is required. The sign-up fee for the tournament is $25 for singles and $18 for doubles.
