CLEARLAKE — Clearlake Police Department is no longer seeking information pertaining to the whereabouts of Tod Davi, who was allegedly involved in a stabbing incident in Clearlake on Wednesday.
According to Investigator Nick Bennett, Davi turned himself in on Friday. He was released without being arrested.
Bennett said the case was forwarded to the Lake County District Attorney”s Office for review.
Officers responded to Silk”s Bar and Grill around 10:20 p.m. on the Fourth of July following a report of a possible stabbing. Joshua Plube, 32, was flown from the scene to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital where he was treated for stab wounds and later released.
