LAKEPORT — The City of Lakeport Department of Public Works announced Tuesday road construction will be performed on Russell Street between Martin and First streets.
The road will be closed today from 7:30 a.m. through July 18 at 4:30 p.m. to all through traffic.
Residents will be allowed through. Russell Street will be opened to all traffic during the weekend.
Detours will be on Starr Street. The closure will affect some county employees, who are encouraged to use an alternative route.
