LUCERNE — Deputies responded to a report of an armed gunman at a Lake County restaurant on Saturday.

Lake County Sheriff”s Office (LCSO) deputies responded at 3:42 p.m. to the Foster”s Freeze in Lucerne.

The suspect is described as a white man with bad teeth in his early 20s, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, short blond hair and unshaven.

The man allegedly entered the restaurant and approached an employee working the cash register, removed a handgun from his pants and demanded all the It was reported the man took more than $200 and left in an unknown direction of travel.

A witness noticed that the suspect had a marijuana leaf tattoo on the inside of his forearm. The witness told deputies he was not sure, but believed the tattoo was located on the inside of the man”s right forearm. The suspect was reported to be wearing baggy jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.
