UPPER LAKE — The Tallman Hotel and Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant, located on Main Street in Upper Lake, announced the lineup for the sixth annual Blue Wing Blues Festival, taking place Aug. 3 through 5 with a follow-up date on Labor Day.
Starting at 5:45 p.m. each day, two bands will perform on the veranda of the Tallman Hotel. Headliners include Zydeco Flames, Daniel Castro, Mark Hummell and Kenny Neal.
