BUCKINGHAM — The Lads and Lassies of Buckingham Golf and Country Club held a Night Light Tournament on July 3.
Two teams tied for low gross honors with scores of 33 (3 under par): Becky Allan, Hipolito Perez, Rick Tracy and Jim Emery, and Leanne White, Ted Mattila, Jackie Dufrain and Roy Dufrain Jr.
Low net, with a score of 26, was the team of Jeanne, Matt and Peter Wotherspoon, and Pat Beedle. Second-place net was the team of Jean and Jerry Wawak, and Margaret and Don Whaley with a 27.
The Evan Allan Award for closest to the rock on No. 7 went to Rick Allgire. Don Whaley won the closest to the hole contest on No. 2.
A special Thank You Award was presented to Perez, greens superintendent, on behalf of the Lads and Lassies.
