MIDDLETOWN — Surveillance photos of men suspected of a July 21 burglary at the Tri Counties Bank in Middletown were obtained and released Tuesday by the Lake County Sheriff”s Office (LCSO).

On July 23 at approximately 8:12 a.m., LCSO deputies responded to a reported burglary at the bank, located at 21097 Calistoga Road (Highway 29), according to LCSO public information officer Sgt. Steve Brooks.

The suspects were able to enter the bank sometime during the evening of July 21 and compromise the ATM located inside, Brooks said. An unknown amount of cash was removed from the ATM.

The photos show as many as three men in some shots, all wearing bandannas to cover their faces along with black or dark-colored hooded sweatshirts. The exact number of suspects remains unclear.

Brooks said the LCSO is asking for the public”s assistance in identifying the suspects. If anyone has information regarding the suspects, contact the LCSO Major Crimes Unit at 263-2690.
