UPPER LAKE — The fifth annual Cougar Classic Invitational is Sept. 8 at Upper Lake High School. The first of four races starts at 8 a.m.
Junior varsity and varsity boys” and girls” cross country teams are eligible to compete. The 2.07-mile course is flat and loops the athletic fields and school grounds at Upper Lake High School.
Individual awards go to the top 10 and team awards to the top two in each race. Meet T-shirts will be available for $7.
There is still time to sign up. The sign-up fee is $8 per runner or $100 per team, whichever is less.
