MIDDLETOWN — Ali Mino led the way with four kills and Maddy Farrar had a team-high six aces as the Middletown Mustangs swept Pacific Union Prep 25-6, 25-15, 25-13 in a non-league varsity volleyball match Tuesday evening in Middletown.
It was the season debut of the Mustangs (1-0), who received five aces from Jenny Hoefer.
“It”s a good start,” Middletown coach Jennifer Breiner said.
Middletown”s junior varsity team won 25-8, 25-8.
