UPPER LAKE — Monday will showcase a final night of outdoor blues with the Blue Wing Blues Festival, 5:45 p.m. at the Tallman Hotel and Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant. The evening kicks off with a solo set by Houston-based Eric Taylor. The show concludes with Kenny Neal and his band.
