NICE — On Thursday just before 4 p.m. the driver of this westbound Ford minivan, for unknown reasons, allowed the vehicle to drift across the center turn lane and into the eastbound lane, where it struck an oncoming Dodge truck on Highway 20 just east of Hammond Avenue in Nice, according to the California Highway Patrol. Minor injuries were reported but none of the people were transported to the hospital.
