NICE — A man was airlifted via REACH air ambulance to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Monday for head trauma he sustained when his car rolled over along Highway 20 in Nice.
According to California Highway Patrol (CHP) Officer Randy Forslund, the driver was heading westbound on Highway 20 near Lakeshore Drive about 1:45 p.m. when for unknown reasons the car exited the roadway, entered a ditch and rolled over.
Forslund said it was unknown if drugs and alcohol were a factor in the incident, which is still under investigation.
