Among non-timed items Tuesday will be the consideration of a proposed response to the 2011-12 grand jury report, a proposed agreement with the Jones & Mayer law firm to represent Sheriff Frank Rivero and a proposed letter to District Attorney Don Anderson urging him to expeditiously resolve the ongoing Brady issue involving the sheriff.

The BOS meeting starts 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Lake County Courthouse in Lakeport.
