LAKEPORT — A judge Monday rescheduled the trial of three men charged in an alleged gang-related beating at Konocti Vista Casino last year.
The case was set for trial next month but issues with attorney availability necessitated the delay, prosecutor Art Grothe said.
As a result, Judge Arthur H. Mann scheduled Timothy R. Bianchi, 34, Nicolas F. Carrillo, 34, and Josh L. Johnson, 36, to stand trial on Feb. 27.
Authorities allege the three Sonoma County men, acting as members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, got into an altercation with a member of the Vagos Motorcycle Club on June 4, 2011 during a tattoo convention at the Lakeport casino.
Bianchi, Carrillo and Johnson pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
Authorities believe a fourth man, David D. Dabbs, was also involved in the fight. He has remained at large since an arrest warrant was issued in August 2011.
