Stamp shortage?
OK citizens of Lakeport, you really blew it. Only 360 letters. And how many residents are there, 1,200 to 1,500? You could not afford a postage stamp? I would have gladly given you one. We”re the ones who are going to suffer. We have lawns and flowers to water and we are all on fixed incomes.
