LAKEPORT — The six candidates for Lakeport City Council are set to participate in a forum next week.
Incumbents Suzanne Lyons and Bob Rumfelt and challengers Mary Nolan, Kenny Parlet, Martin Scheel and Marc Spillman are vying for the three seats up for grabs in the November election.
The forum starts at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Lakeport City Hall.
The event is sponsored by the Lake County Chamber of Commerce and Lake County News. People can submit questions in advance to ceo@lakecochamber.com.
