MIDDLETOWN — During his scheduled visit on Sept. 19, District Governor Ben Anderson initiated Student Lion Cody Vallauri into the Middletown Lions Club.
Vallauri attends Santa Rosa Junior College and vowed to be an active Lion whenever his college schedule permits him free time. Vallauri is sponsored by his father Kevin and encouraged by his mother Barbara.
Vallauri is the youngest member of the Middletown Lions Club and the first to become a Lion in the newly established Family Membership Program.
During his initiation, Vallauri renewed the Lions Code of Ethics and Lions International objectives. His mission statement is to volunteer and serve his community, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding through Lionism.
