LAKE COUNTY — Caltrans advised drivers of construction projects set to occur on county highways next week.
Minor, detail work will continue on Highway 20 near the new roundabout at the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff. Work hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays. One-way traffic control will be in effect. Motorists should anticipate 15-minute delays.
Highway widening and rehabilitation on Highway 53 from 40th Avenue to the Highway 20 junction will continue. Work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. One-way traffic control will be in effect. Anticipate 10-minute delays.
Highway 53 pavement repairs from Highway 29 to 40th Avenue will continue 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction. Drivers could experience minor slowdowns.
Contractors will replace traffic signal heads on Highway 29 at Soda Bay Road/Red Hill Road, Live Oak Drive, Highland Springs Road and Highway 175 Hopland. Work hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction. Anticipate minor slowdowns.
