CLEARLAKE — A Clearlake man was arrested Saturday afternoon after allegedly hitting a neighbor in the head with a pipe.
Jeramy Jamz Patton, 33, was booked into the Lake County Hill Road Correctional Facility Saturday at 6:10 p.m. on a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon.
The incident occurred after Ronald Richardson went to Patton”s Mountain View Street home and challenged him to a fight, Clearlake Police Sgt. Nick Bennett said.
Patton allegedly came out of the house with a pipe and struck Richardson, 54, in the head with the weapon, causing minor lacerations.
Patton remains in custody with bail set at $25,000, according to the jail”s website.
