FOLSOM — Kelseyville High School sent three wrestlers to the second annual Folsom Invitational on Saturday in Folsom.
The all-girls competition featured 130 wrestlers, including 98-pounder Madison Boyd, 114-pounder Rosie Adams and 138-pounder Nicole Pagan of the Knights. All are first-year wrestlers.
“They”ve been wrestling for about three weeks,” Kelseyville girls” coach Don Boyd said. “They had a blast.”
Pagan came away with the only win, going 1-2. Boyd and Adams each went 0-3.
“They all wrestled really well,” Boyd said.
All three will attended the Coastal Mountain Conference Novice Tournament on Saturday in Lower Lake.
