MIDDLETOWN — Crews continued concrete work on the grounds outside the new Middletown Library and Senior Center Monday.
The library portion of the project is expected to open next month, with a grand-opening event set for April 12.
Construction began on the Washington Street complex in September 2011. The senior center opened last November.
