UPPER LAKE — The Upper Lake Community Food Project, in partnership with North Coast Opportunities, will host a food give-away on May 21 at the Odd Fellows Hall on Main Street in downtown Upper Lake.
Interested parties are asked to show up at 4 p.m., sign up and wait until your name is called.?Organizers say they will distribute bags of food plus a meal to go, along with grooming supplies, as long as supplies last.
Organizers are also accepting nonperishable food items, fresh produce, grooming supplies and clothing for men, women and children. Volunteers are welcome. For more information, call Claudine Pedroncelli at 275-9030.
