LUCERNE — Firefighters are battling a wildland fire reported on the 4000-block of Foothill Drive in Lucerne. Multiple structures are threatened. The fire is rapidly spreading uphill with the wind. It was reported as 5 to 10 acres when the call first came in Wednesday at about 1:30 p.m. Information will be updated as it becomes available.
