I”m the mother to a beautiful 6-year-old daughter, who, just like Mikaela is nonverbal autistic.
My daughter also wandered away on Mother”s Day but by the grace of God was located 20 minutes later by a pedestrian.
She had traveled a half mile in a direct line headed to our local creek. It was terrifying.
So to the point at hand ? I”m now advocating In my city for Project Lifesaver.
I wanted to share the information. I”m not affiliated in any way. I”m just a mom who wants to never see this happen again.
