UPPER LAKE — Baskin-Robbins is back in town.
The ice cream specialty store is celebrating its grand opening on Saturday between noon and 4 p.m. at 775 West Highway 20.
Balloon-twisting, face-painting, giveaways and live entertainment will be part of the event, according to promoters, who said local dignitaries will be on hand for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
