LAKE COUNTY — On July 22, 2012 I was in a terrible car crash near Bottle Rock Road in Kelseyville. I overcorrected and went across both lanes.
I then tumbled down a steep embankment, rolling over several times and slamming into a tree.
My children and I were trapped in the vehicle. Amazingly kind strangers rushed to help us get out.
I wish to express great appreciation and gratitude to all of the people who helped me and my children.
I didn”t get a chance to get their names. I want them to know I think of their acts of selflessness and kindness daily.
I didn”t get a chance to thank them that day. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to those who helped.
They were truly a Godsend. My family is also deeply thankful for all of the emergency responders ? the paramedics, REACH, CALSTAR, and all of the medical staff that tended to us.
