UPPER LAKE — New officers were recently announced for a Lake County based weight loss support group.
The newly elected Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) 0890 officers include Robert Dinsmore, co-leader; Lois Suchan, assistant weight recorder; Louise Damato, weight recorder; Sharon Brasher, leader; Judy Dinsmore, treasurer; Janet Green, secretary and Nicole Hanson, installer.
The group”s goal is to establish a fit and healthy lifestyle.
TOPS has weekly weigh-ins Tuesday at 5 p.m., then meetings and an informational program starting at 6 p.m. The group meets at Upper Lake Methodist Church, located at 604 Clover Valley Drive in Upper Lake.
