SAN FRANCISCO — Forrest Seagrave”s alleged killer pleaded not guilty to all counts just before 11 a.m. Wednesday at the San Francisco Federal Courthouse.
Johnathan Antonio Mota, of Kelsyville, was federally indicted June 28 for allegedly shooting Seagrave on Jan. 18 at the Mt. Konocti 75 Station, Store 24 in Kelseyville”s Main Street. Seagrave was pronounced dead about an hour later at Sutter Lakeside Hospital in Lakeport.
Mota is expected to return to court Friday.
