Forty girls competed for the crown of Miss California”s Outstanding Teen last week in Fresno. Although I did not reach the finals, my experience there was memorable in so many ways. Congratulations to Mikaela Harris of Clovis, Miss California”s Outstanding Teen 2013 and Crystal Lee of Silicon Valley, Miss California 2013.
