LAKEPORT — A judge set the next court date Tuesday in the case of the former-Lower Lake High School teacher who was charged with possession of child pornography.

Judge Andrew S. Blum scheduled a discovery motion hearing for Aug. 13 at the Lake County Courthouse.

Jeremy Duane Stock pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of child pornography possession and a misdemeanor charge of molesting or annoying someone younger than 18.

The former English teacher was arrested in December while on administrative leave.

Stock, who was not in the courtroom Tuesday, is out of custody and reportedly lives in Southern California.
