LAKEPORT — Author Alethea Eason will read from her book “Hungry” on Wednesday at Lakeport Library.
The book is a comic tale about flesh-eating aliens interacting with middle school students.
The reading will begin at 6 p.m., located at 1425 N. High St. in Lakeport.
The event is part of the Lake County Library”s summer reading program “Reading is so Delicious.”
Eason, a teacher at Minnie Cannon Elementary School in Middletown, has written numerous short stories and two other novels.
The event is open to the public, and no library card is required to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
