LAKEPORT — The Soper Reese Community Theatre will hold a “Bonkers for Bunco,” tournament on October 10.
Bunco is a team game involving three dice. It has six rounds, where the number of the round is the target for that round”s roll. Players earn points when a die matches the number.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. and the public is invited to attend.
Guests can bring a group of friends or join one at the tournament. Groups are asked to be creative and dress up. There will be a prize to the most creative group.
The admission cost is $20 per person, which includes a glass of wine and five raffle tickets.
The tournament will benefit Delta Iota Tau, an organization which donates thousands of dollars annually in scholarships to individuals and agencies throughout Lake County. For more information call 349-2919 or 263-5752.
