LAKEPORT — The Lake County Board of Supervisors (BOS) will proclaim commendation to California Highway Patrol Officer Adam Garcia and Lakeport Police Officer Stephanie Cruz-Green for life-saving efforts at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday at the Lake County Courthouse.
At 9:15 a.m. there will be a presentation of the 2010 Government Operations Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory for Lake County. The BOS will also consider a proposed participation agreement with the Mendocino County Energy Watch for the preparation of a community greenhouse gas inventory for Lake County.
Office of Emergency Services personnel will present an update on Lakeside Heights Subdivision to seek continued state of local emergency and other actions relating to the public water and sewer systems at 9:30 a.m.
A public hearing will be held at 9:45 a.m. to consider several community development block grant program reports, including a program income funded public facility project for the Middletown Senior Center.
Carried over from the last meeting, the board will review updates presented by Water Resources of the Blue Water Satellite image analysis of Clear Lake and the watershed at 10 a.m.
In non-timed items, the BOS will review a proposed lease agreement with Big Oak Center for a Sheriff”s substation office space and other options for relocation of the Clearlake Sheriff”s substation.
The BOS will also consider a recommendation to award a bid for the delivery of dairy products to the Lake County jail facility and juvenile hall.
The Budget for transfer to the County Council to fund a contract with a legal firm to represent the County in the matter of Rivero v. the BOS will also be reviewed.
Carried over from the last meeting, the BOS will consider a request to award a bid for construction of the Chippewa South CSA Pavement Rehabilitation project in Kelseyville.
