CLEARLAKE — The Park Study Club and Art House Gallery are sponsoring the Clearlake Art on Parade scholarship fundraiser that will feature 12 artfully decorated wooden pelicans.
The pelicans, made from sign board to withstand the elements, are being raffled off to raise money for high school scholarships.
Raffle tickets cost $5 each or three for $10 and can be purchased at the following locations in Clearlake: Lisa”s Size 3-60 Ladies Apparel, located at 14290 Olympic Drive; Kevin Ness Jewelers, located at 14114 Lakeshore Drive; Tatonka Trading, located at 14240 Lakeshore Drive; Griffin”s Furniture, located at 14409 Lakeshore Drive; Shearwood Forest Salon, located at 14822 Lakeshore Drive; and The Art House Gallery located at 15210 Lakeshore Drive.
The Pelicans can be viewed at the City of Clearlake office, located at 14050 Lakeshore Drive and at the Main Street Bar and Grill, located at 14084 Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake.
There will be a Friday night gala at the Art House Gallery on Aug. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. where the winning tickets will be drawn at 7:45 p.m.
