UKIAH — Ukiah Valley Rural Health Center (UVRHC) recently announced that its new physician Dr. Cary Wheeler is now seeing patients at Family Practice.
Wheeler practices osteopathy, a form of drug-free, non-invasive manual therapy.
Though not a Mendocino county native, Wheeler”s family has deep roots to the community, “My husband, Joe, was born and raised in Ukiah. After we were married, we lived in Ukiah for about a year before I attended medical school. We both loved the area and the people so much that we decided to come back and raise our family here.”
