LAKEPORT — The case of the former Lower Lake High School teacher accused of possession of child pornography was continued during a hearing Tuesday.
Judge Andrew S. Blum scheduled Jeremy Duane Stock”s next hearing for Sept. 17. The Defense is in the process of completing a forensic examination of Stock”s computer and is awaiting results, which should be available prior the date of the hearing, defense attorney Stephen Gallenson said.
Stock was arrested in December and charged with felony possession of child pornography and a misdemeanor count of molesting or annoying someone younger than 18. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Police allegedly found the illicit material on a computer seized from Stock”s Loch Lomond home.
Stock is out of custody and was not present at the courtroom Tuesday.
