
LAKEPORT — The Lake County Theatre Company”s Summer Youth Program will present “The Hysterical History of the Trojan War” Friday through Sunday at the Lakeport Senior Center.
“This show is the result of three months of tireless effort on the part of these young actors and actresses,” co-director James Patton said. “They come to rehearsals early, stay late and know all their lines. They are amazing.”
The production will have handmade costumes in an Ancient Troy setting, Suna Flores, production assistant, said.
Proceeds from the production will be shared with the senior center and specifically Meals-On-Wheels.
Tickets cost $10 and are available for purchase at the Lakeport Senior Center, located at 527 Konocti Ave., or at the door for $10.
There will be a dinner show on Friday at 6 p.m., tickets cost $25. The dinner show requires advanced reservations, which can be made by calling 263-4218.
The Friday and Saturday shows will be at 7 p.m. and on Sunday at 2 p.m.
