CLEARLAKE — The Lower Lake High School varsity boys” basketball team needs new jerseys and you can help them in their efforts to raise money by bringing your car to be washed Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Foods Etc. in Clearlake. Donations will be accepted.
Money raised will not only replace the nearly decade-old jerseys but help the team replace its worn-out basketballs, half of which are so old they can”t hold air for more than a few days. Team shoes are also on the wish list of the Trojans and head coach Tim Biasotti.
