LAKE COUNTY — The Lake County Winery Association (LCWA) invites the public to be the judge.
It is presenting the People”s Choice Wine Awards at the Lake County Fair on Aug. 31.
As follow up to the Lake County Wine Awards event in July at Brassfield Estate Winery, where a panel of wine experts from across the country blind-tasted and awarded medals to the top Lake County wines ? community members are invited to judge for themselves and select the “People”s Choice,” according to Heather Conlin of the LCWA
The event will be at the Lake County Fairgrounds, located at 401 Martin St. in Lakeport, from 4 to 7 p.m. Gates open at 11 a.m.
Tickets cost $45, which includes entrance to the fair and the People”s Choice Awards event.
