UPPER LAKE – The Upper Lake High School boys” soccer team opened a new season with a 4-1 non-league win over Technology High School on Wednesday afternoon in Upper Lake.
Alberto Lopez scored twice for the Cougars (1-0) and Juan Rojas and Paco Gallardo each had one goal.
Upper Lake hosts Tomales on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
