LUCERNE — The Retired Public Employees Association (RPEA) Chapter 12 will meet at noon on Sept. 10 in the Rose Room at the Lucerne Senior Center.
The speaker for the meeting will be Terry Knight, the Lake County Record-Bee outdoors writer.
Knight is known in Lake County for his knowledge of Clear Lake, wildlife, hunting and fishing, according to RPEA Treasurer Debbe Blake.
RPEA continues to support efforts to ensure the protection of the California Public Employees” Retirement System”s (CalPERS) health and retirement benefits, Blake stated. RPEA seeks community members to be a part of that effort.
