LUCERNE — The Lucerne Community Church recently welcomed Pastor Randy Ragsdale (right), and his wife Diane, to its congregation. The church, located at 5870 Highway 20 in Lucerne, offers Sunday Adult Bible Study beginning at 9:30 a.m., with services at 11 a.m., as well as bible study and prayer meeting Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
