LAKE COUNTY — Sutter Lakeside Hospital will host a fall harvest party for the Stroke Support Group on Oct. 28 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the hospital”s conference room. The Harvest Party will focus on how stroke survivors, their families and caregivers can stay safe this winter. Special guest speakers include personnel from local fire departments, California Highway Patrol, as well as a registered dietician, a physical therapist and a social worker. Light refreshments will be served. Attendees are encouraged to bring a favorite fall treat to share with the group.
