We have many able-bodied people, young and old who would like to go to work and earn a little income. We have many projects in need of being taken care of.
For one, there are several drainage ditches entering the lake that are in need of cleaning out. If no one cleans these ditches before we have some rain, all of that trash will end up in the lake.
There seems to be very little interest in the care of the lake unless there”s an odor, or too much algae for enjoying recreation activities.
The supervision at the controls, who have the responsibilities of these areas should be able to figure a way of getting this taken care of before more damage occurs to the lake.
This is only one of many chores that should be taken care of now.
