LOWER LAKE — Just after 1 p.m. Friday a solo-vehicle rollover took place on Spruce Grove Road in Lower Lake about two miles from Highway 29. A 4-year-old was airlifted to an out-of-county children”s hospital with head lacerations. The left rear tire came off when the axle snapped causing the car to leave the roadway.
