LOWER LAKE — The Lake County Democratic Club will meet at 11 a.m. on Saturday in the Russell Rustic Park Club House at the Lower Lake Community Park located at 16375 Second St. in Lower Lake.
The club”s guest speaker will be Kristi Kelly, director of Lake County Behavioral Health Services. The public is invited to the event and membership is open to all registered Democrats.
