KELSEYVILLE — Kelseyville Unified School District sent a recorded phone message to parents of students Wednesday afternoon.
The message stated: “This is an important message from the Kelseyville Unified School District. Kelseyville High School along with the Lake County Sheriff”s (Office) has interest in a subject that has confronted the students awaiting bus pick up the morning of November 13, 2013 in the area of Scully Packing in Finley. The subject was driving a white PT Cruiser and is described as having a mustache, beard with a dark complexion. Any information should be directed to either the sheriff”s office at 263-2690 or Deputy Radoumis at Kelseyville high school at 279-4923 ext 1209.”
District Superintendent Dave McQueen said that no one was harmed. The district decided to issue the statement as a precautionary measure.
