CLEARLAKE — The Rotary Club of Clearlake received a check for its annual Christmas dinner event.
Sinda Knight of Westamerica Bank presented Peter Ventura, Rotary Club president, with a $500 check toward the Community Christmas Celebration and Dinner.
The Rotary Club of Clearlake will host the event on Dec. 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The dinner is open to the public and will take place at the Burns Valley Elementary School”s Multipurpose Room.
The school is located at 3620 Pine St. in Clearlake.
The menu will include ham, a vegetable side dish, potatoes, pumpkin pie, cookies, tea and coffee.
A visit from Santa Claus is planned. All children attending will receive a photo with Santa and a gift.
Warm for the Winter will be at the dinner to give away coats, clothing and blankets to those in need.
