CLEARLAKE — A six-wheel trailer and a motorhome were lost in a fire on Nov. 25.
At about 12:39 p.m., Lake County Fire Protection District (LFPD) personnel were dispatched to the Pine Dell Resort on Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake for reports of a trailer on fire, LFPD Chief Willie Sapeta said.
The first engine arrived on scene at about 12:55 p.m. and the fire was contained within 10 minutes.
The fire completely destroyed the six-wheel, home of Daman and Kelsey Garrison, as well as a neighboring motorhome.
Both structures were unoccupied at the time and were reported as total losses, Sapeta said. Four engines, two medic units, a water tender, a CAL FIRE helicopter and 20 fire personnel responded to the scene, he said. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
